Velki Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple and Easy to Understand

1 General Terms & Definitions

In this document, "Velki", "we", and "us" refer to the velki.my website and its associated mobile application. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any individual registered on Velki or interested in registering.

All services on Velki are provided for entertainment purposes only. Participation on the platform is entirely voluntary. Velki makes no guarantees of winnings, and users should be aware that gaming carries inherent risk.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be 18 or older to register on Velki. At any point during registration, Velki may request identification for age verification. If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.

Multiple accounts are prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person, per device, or per household. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and balances may be confiscated. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is considered fraud.

Providing Accurate Information is Mandatory

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Velki reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. Failure to verify identity may result in withdrawal holds.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

Deposits to Velki must be made only from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 4 minutes. However, in certain circumstances, additional account verification may cause a delay. Withdrawals are always returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on Velki are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4 Bonus & Rewards Terms

Wagering Requirements

Claiming any bonus on Velki requires a specified amount of wagering before it becomes withdrawable — this is known as a wagering or rollover requirement. The welcome bonus carries a 5× wagering requirement, meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳5,000 in wagers. Each bonus offer clearly states its own wagering terms.

Bonus Expiry Period

Wagering requirements must be completed within a set period after claiming a bonus. Typically, welcome bonus wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date is automatically forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

If the same person or household uses multiple accounts to claim bonuses, this will be treated as abuse and all associated accounts will be closed. Velki reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bonus claims.

5 Gaming Rules & Fairness

Game Result Integrity

All Velki games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined. Neither Velki nor any of its staff can influence game results.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, server issues, or other technical faults, Velki will attempt to resume the game or refund the wager. However, Velki accepts limited liability for losses arising from technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to play
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games
• Using a False Identity or Fraudulent Information
• Money Laundering or Any Other Illegal Activity

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

Velki believes gaming is entertainment — not a reliable source of income. Every user is encouraged to play within their means.

Self-Exclusion Feature

Any member may temporarily or permanently suspend their account at any time. To use this option, simply contact the support team — no questions will be asked.

Deposit Limit

To help manage your spending, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from the Velki app. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one comes into force after 72 hours.

7 Data Collection & Privacy

Velki collects your personal information solely to provide services, verify identity, and meet legal obligations. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Velki reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information
• For operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse
• For system manipulation or cheating
• If Found to Be a Minor
• If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your account

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may or may not be returned depending on the circumstances. In cases of rule violations, balances may be forfeited.

9 Right to Amend Terms

Velki reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend revisiting this page from time to time.
